BROWNE PARK

Located on the corner of Cambridge and Murray Streets, Rockhampton, the CQ Capras call Browne Park home. Browne Park was originally a rugby union ground when it opened in 1890, however the ground has primarily hosted rugby league from 1918 onwards. It was most recently upgraded in 2004 with the construction of a new grandstand and upgraded lighting, with further upgrades to commence at the end of 2021. There are currently two grandstands, the Rockhampton Leagues Club at one end and a grass hill at the other - with a total capacity of 8,000, including seating for 5,200 spectators.
